[Cat# ARC8525] … Calibration Bench for flow rate

The Calibration bench assures proper flow rate of the CIP 10.
Annual calibration service by Air Sampling Devices is also available if you do not wish to purchase the calibration bench.
It is advisable that the CIP 10 is calibrated every year, the rotation speed should be checked before and after each sample is taken. Once the CIP 10 has been calibrated using the bench, the flow rate can be verified by checking the RPM of the rotating cup. The check using a tachometer takes less than 5 minutes. The cup's rotation speed is proportional to the sampling volume (see item ASD6125-10, laser tachometer NIST certified). Please see details in the operation manual.
